July 1 is approaching, look out for your new Cigna ID card
Cigna will replace Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts as your medical provider network on July 1, 2022. Please check your mailbox for your new insurance ID card and other materials, and use your new card starting July 1.
If you do not receive your new Cigna cards, you can print a temporary ID card template from our website and fill in your union “P” number as an ID.
